History

The church, whose construction appears to date to the 11th century, currently has only a single nave, the crossing and the transept arm and a choir with a flat chevet. The choir and the transept arm are vaulted with ribs; the nave is covered with a wooden ceiling. The triumphal arch of the choir, now fallen, bore on engaged columns topped with sculpted capitals. The chapel situated on the north façade, at the level of the old choir, dates to the 15th century.
