Historique
Construit de 1753 à 1755 par Hutot de Latour, conseiller du Roi et receveur des tailles, ses dispositions sont conformes à l'enseignement de Blondel. Elles comprennent autour de la cour d'entrée l'habitation, les écuries et les communs. L'habitation, construite à l'emplacement de l'ancien rempart, ouvre sur une terrasse. Un petit bâtiment annexe contenait vraisemblablement les bureaux de la Recette des deniers du Roy. Un salon de musique fut installé dans l'ancienne tour d'enceinte, dite de la Poudre. L'ensemble est construit en moellons, avec un décor de chainages et de fenêtres en briques. Des clefs sculptés ornent les baies. L'intérieur a conservé son décor d'origine : fers forgés de l'escalier, boiseries des salons et des chambres, stucs.

History
Built from 1753 to 1755 by Hutot de Latour, counsellor of the King and receiver of the tailles tax, its arrangements conform to the teaching of Blondel. They comprise around the entrance courtyard the residence, the stables and the outbuildings. The residence, built on the site of the old rampart, opens onto a terrace. A small ancillary building probably contained the offices of the Royal Revenue Collection. A music room was installed in the old enclosure tower, called the Powder Tower. The whole is built in rubble stone, with a decoration of brick chains and windows. Carved keystones ornament the openings. The interior has retained its original decoration: wrought ironwork of the staircase, wainscoting of the salons and bedrooms, stuccos.
