Historique
Le plan primitif du 12e siècle est très simple : une nef unique précédant un choeur surmonté d'une coupole et un sanctuaire voûté en cul de four. Deux chapelles formant transept ont été rajoutées par la suite (1721 pour la chapelle nord). Un clocher carré s'élève au-dessus de la coupole. Les archivoltes sont ornées de motifs géométriques variés. La façade occidentale romane à pignon a été remaniée au 13e siècle. Des transformations ont eu lieu au 19e siècle : adjonction d'un porche par Durand devant la façade occidentale ; construction d'une chapelle des fonts baptismaux, d'une tour d'escalier menant au clocher et d'une sacristie. La nef est couverte d'une charpente aménagée vers la fin du 15e et le début du 16e siècle.

History
The primitive plan of the 12th century is very simple: a single nave preceding a choir surmounted by a dome and a sanctuary vaulted in an apse. Two chapels forming a transept were added later (1721 for the north chapel). A square bell tower rises above the dome. The archivolts are decorated with varied geometric motifs. The Romanesque west facade with a gable was reworked in the 13th century. Transformations took place in the 19th century: addition of a porch by Durand in front of the west facade; construction of a baptismal font chapel, a stair tower leading to the bell tower and a sacristy. The nave is covered with a roof structure arranged towards the end of the 15th and beginning of the 16th century.
