History
This building must be part of Louis's plan which dates from 1773. Indeed, it bears no trace of the corner of the door built by Guillaume Chevay on the orders of Tourny, erected from 1754 to 1756 at the entrance of rue Sainte-Catherine. The first storey opens by five moulded windows surmounted by a decorated band of baskets of flowers and fruit, and of scrollwork. On the second storey, oak leaves above the openings. Projecting balcony on sculpted consoles. The building ends with a Louis XVI balustrade.
