La première église de la commune remonte au 12e siècle. Edifice à nef unique, transept, abside pentagonale encadrée de deux sacristies, complètement remanié au 19e sièc par l'architecte Gustave Alaux. De cette époque date en particulier la construction de l'abside et du transept, du porche ouest et des voûtes intérieures. De la construction primitive subsiste le portail roman à quatre archivoltes ouvert dans un avant-corps contre la façade sud.

History
The first church of the commune dates back to the 12th century. Building with a single nave, transept, pentagonal apse framed by two sacristies, completely remodelled in the 19th century by the architect Gustave Alaux. From this period dates in particular the construction of the apse and transept, the west porch and the interior vaults. From the original construction there remains a Romanesque doorway with four archivolts opening in an outbuilding against the south façade.
