Historique

History
Two huts facing each other, constructed on a circular plan. Hut no. 24 is set, to the east, against a large standing stone. The door pierced to the south, under a stone lintel, is the only opening of the hut. Nearby the door, a stone ring is inserted in the wall. The conical roof is covered in calcareous slates. Hut no. 25 has a chimney in its eastern part. A flat stone slab is placed as a closure at the summit of the roof cone. Ethnographic testimony, the huts appear to have been built for the most part in the 19th century, and cannot be earlier than the 17th century. These constructions seem linked to wine-growing activity. According to testimony, the hut served as temporary shelter for a meal, during a downpour or for rest. A mule, donkey or horse could shelter there.
