History
The bell tower and part of the north wall of the nave date from the 12th century. The entire building dates from the second half of the 16th century, suggesting that the Romanesque church must have suffered from the Wars of Religion. The reconstruction put in place a system of defence with an angle watch-turret and a strong defence room under the roof space. The church consists of a single nave terminated by a flat chevet. A rectangular bell tower is placed against the chevet wall. Each bay is vaulted with a rib vault with liernes and tiercerons dating from the 16th century.
