Historique
Façade du 15e siècle avec fenêtres de pierre à encadrements moulurés et meneaux cruciformes. Au départ du rampant de droite du pignon est figuré un léopard, ce qui laisserait supposer qu'elle fut bâtie pendant l'occupation anglaise. Cette maison s'est conservée intacte avec ses fenêtres à meneaux et sa grande arcade du rez-de-chaussée. L'escalier est en pierre sur plan carré, à colonnes et arceaux formant limon. Quatre colonnes doriques conduisent au premier étage. Quatre colonnes ioniques soutiennent le second étage de l'escalier. Boiserie de la porte en anse de panier, ornée d'un motif de branchettes commun en Sarladais et qui semble dater du début du 16e siècle. L'hôtel appartenait à Dame Anne de Dautrery dont la tombe est dans un des enfeux autour de la cathédrale.

History
Façade of the 15th century with stone windows with moulded frames and cruciform mullions. At the departure of the right ramp of the gable is figured a leopard, which would suggest it was built during the English occupation. This house has been preserved intact with its mullioned windows and its large arcade of the ground floor. The stair is in stone on a square plan, with columns and arches forming the string. Four Doric columns lead to the first floor. Four Ionic columns support the second floor of the stair. Woodwork of the door in basket-handle arch, decorated with a motif of sprigs common in the Sarladais region and which appears to date from the early 16th century. The hotel belonged to Dame Anne de Dautrery whose tomb is in one of the wall recesses around the cathedral.
