Historique
Construite au début du 18e siècle pour les religieuses de la Foi, dites également Mirepoises, cette chapelle fut désaffectée à la Révolution. Les Dames de la Foi avaient été fondées au 17e siècle sur demande de monseigneur François de Salignac Fénelon, évêque de Sarlat, par une veuve Baillot de Lagadou, afin de parfaire l'éducation religieuse des jeunes protestantes converties. Cet ordre disparut à la Révolution. L'édifice a été détruit par un incendie en 1964.

History
Built in the early 18th century for the nuns of the Faith, also called Mirepoises, this chapel was deconsecrated at the Revolution. The Dames de la Foi had been founded in the 17th century at the request of Monsignor François de Salignac Fénelon, bishop of Sarlat, by a widow Baillot de Lagadou, in order to perfect the religious education of young Protestant converts. This order disappeared at the Revolution. The building was destroyed by fire in 1964.
