Modifiée à diverses époques, la maison conserve, sur l'une de ses façades, une fenêtre d'époque Louis XII ayant perdu ses meneaux. La porte est ouverte sur l'angle des deux rues. Son linteau est surmonté d'un encorbellement formant trompe, destiné à passer du pan coupé à l'angle droit. La porte donne accès à une petite cour fermée par un mur qui s'élève dans la hauteur du rez-de-chaussée. Ce mur est couronné d'un garde-corps porté sur des corbeaux et forme ainsi une sorte de terrasse ou de balcon, disposition assez fréquente dans les maisons de ville du Périgord. L'extrémité de ce balcon aboutit à un petit pavillon couvert par un comble en impériale. La partie la plus importante de l'immeuble est un corps de logis de la fin du 15e siècle, avec tourelle sur l'angle.

History
Modified at various periods, the house retains, on one of its facades, a window of Louis XII era having lost its mullions. The door opens onto the angle of the two streets. Its lintel is surmounted by a corbelling forming a squinch, intended to pass from the chamfered angle to the right angle. The door gives access to a small courtyard closed by a wall which rises to the height of the ground floor. This wall is crowned by a guard-rail borne on corbels and thus forms a sort of terrace or balcony, an arrangement fairly frequent in town houses of Périgord. The end of this balcony leads to a small pavilion covered by a roof space with a double-sloped top. The most important part of the building is a main dwelling of the late 15th century, with turret on the angle.
