History
Liorac was part of a Commandery of Malta. The church has a fortified bell tower as evidenced by the bretèche on the south face. Romanesque porch with a single arch whose voussoirs are decorated with a sculptured frieze. The square opening appears to be later. The porch opens onto a small entrance under the bell tower, from which another opening leads into a part vaulted with a transverse barrel vault. A thick wall separates this part from the choir. Above this entire part is found a large hall which communicates by a gallery with the church. The nave was remade much later.
