Historique
Le château servait de sentinelle à la forteresse de Biron. La structure ancienne de l'édifice est noyée dans des constructions des 18e et 19e siècles. Une cour intérieure carrée est délimitée sur ses côtés nord et est par des bâtiments d'habitation et d'exploitation agricole. History
The château served as a sentinel to the fortress of Biron. The ancient structure of the edifice is buried in buildings of the 18th and 19th centuries. A square interior courtyard is bounded on its north and east sides by residential and agricultural buildings. Two towers were built at the north extremities, one serving as a dovecote, the other as a chapel. The west side is closed by a large boundary wall. The south side consists of the principal main dwelling, flanked by two towers. On the north façade of this part, another tower, hexagonal and decapitated, enclosed in a more recent building, contains the spiral staircase which provides access to the upper floor. Inside, the octagonal room of the small tower is covered with a dome.
