History
From the first château only a square tower remains, which was to be the keep, with machicolations, whose crowning has disappeared. In the 15th century, two buildings set at right angles, one of which contained the stone staircase, were attached to the tower. The first has retained its cruciform-mullion windows. Above the door of the second building, at the upper floor, two corbels were to support machicolations. Originally, the tower does not appear to have had openings. Later, embrasures for firearms were pierced into it.
