Eglise construite à partir de 1676 et jusqu'en 1684 par l'architecte Louis-François Royers de la Valfenière, à l'emplacement d'une église plus ancienne en mauvais état. Dernières chapelles construites en 1756. La nouvelle église s'appuie sur une chapelle particulière octogonale, élevée en 1630 par la famille Fortia de Monreal sur les plans de François Royers de la Valfenière (père de l'architecte de l'église) comme chapelle funéraire. C'est dans cette église que fut voté en 1791 le rattachement à la France du Comtat Venaissin.

History
Church built from 1676 until 1684 by the architect Louis-François Royers de la Valfenière, at the location of an older church in poor condition. Last chapels built in 1756. The new church rests on an octagonal private chapel, raised in 1630 by the Fortia de Monreal family according to the plans of François Royers de la Valfenière (father of the church's architect) as a funerary chapel. It was in this church that the reattachment to France of the Comtat Venaissin was voted in 1791.
