Hôtel construit au 15e siècle. Jusqu'en 1941, la maison servit de dépôt de peaux pour un boucher de Saint-Rémy. Achetée par l'Etat en 1941, elle fut convertie en musée lapidaire. Un passage voûté mène à une cour intérieure où se trouve une tour d'escalier octogonale. En 1948, des fouilles dans le sol de la cour ont fait découvrir un hypocauste remontant à l'époque gallo-romaine avec des piliers en briques reliés par des voûtes et des conduites d'eau maçonnées qui indiquent l'existence de thermes à cet emplacement.

History
Hotel built in the 15th century. Until 1941, the house served as a skin depot for a butcher from Saint-Rémy. Purchased by the State in 1941, it was converted into a lapidary museum. A vaulted passage leads to an interior courtyard where there is an octagonal staircase tower. In 1948, excavations in the courtyard soil revealed a hypocaust dating to the Gallo-Roman period with brick piers connected by vaults and masonry water conduits indicating the existence of baths at this location.
