L'hôtel d'Agut a été construit en 1667 pour Pierre d'Agut, conseiller au Parlement. Les transformations successives des intérieurs ne permettent plus de voir les décors. Seul le hall d'entrée a conservé des poutres recouvertes de guirlandes en gypserie. L'hôtel d'Agut constitue un des témoins de l'évolution du thème de l'atlante renouvelé par Pierre Puget dans la région.

History
The Hôtel d'Agut was built in 1667 for Pierre d'Agut, councillor to Parliament. The two figures bearing the central balcony are the work of Jean-Claude Rambot, while Jean-Louis Michel created the ornaments of the windows, the corner niche and the overdoor. Successive transformations of the interiors no longer allow the decorations to be seen. Only the entrance hall has retained beams covered with garlands in plasterwork. The Hôtel d'Agut is one of the witnesses to the evolution of the atlante theme renewed by Pierre Puget in the region.
