Historique
Moulin à farine et à huile (d'olives?) dont le bâtiment, couvert en chaume, date du 2e quart du 19e siècle. Il appartenait à une famille Bellon. Il a été cédé en 1978 au parc national des Ecrins. L'équipement était constitué de trois roues horizontales avec chenaux en bois depuis le canal, la première pour la meule à huile, la seconde pour l'alimentation animale et la troisième pour la farine ; une quatrième roue verticale, aujourd'hui réduite à son axe, actionnait un bluttoir. Le moulin dispose de sa meule à huile verticale pivotant sur un cuvier de granit portant la date 1838, de son chauffoir, de presses à vis (dont une à cabestan) , de deux paires de meules à farines avec la potence de levage et un bluttoir.

History
Flour and oil mill (of olives?) of which the building, thatched, dates from the second quarter of the 19th century. It belonged to a family Bellon. It was ceded in 1978 to the Écrins national park. The equipment consisted of three horizontal wheels with wooden channels from the canal, the first for the oil millstone, the second for animal feed and the third for flour; a fourth vertical wheel, today reduced to its axle, drove a bolter. The mill has its vertical oil millstone pivoting on a granite tun bearing the date 1838, its heating chamber, screw presses (including one with a capstan), two pairs of flour millstones with the lifting crane and a bolter.
