The Finnish Heritage Agency's description

Kellahden kartanomaisema on säterin ja rusthollin lähekkäin sijaitsevien talouskeskusten ja niiden rakennuskannan, puistojen sekä Kellahdenjoen alavan niittymaiseman muodostama kokonaisuus Satakunnan rannikolla. 1600-luvun läänityksestä juontuvan Kellahden rakennuskanta on muotoutunut nykyasuunsa 1800-luvulla.

Pääoven altaani on rakennettu 1937.

Säteristä 1600-luvulla erotetun rusthollin eli talonpoikaistilan tiilisen päärakennuksen vuodelta 1864 on piirtänyt Ahlaisten kirkonkylään monia taloja suunnitellut rakennusmestari Malén. Pihapiiriä rajaavat 1700- ja 1800-luvun talousrakennukset ja pirttirivi. Kivinavetta on vuodelta 1858.

The Kellahti manor landscape is a whole formed by the säteri and rusthalli farm centres, which stand close to each other, their building stock and parks, and the low-lying meadow landscape of the Kellahdenjoki river, on the Satakunta coast. The building stock of Kellahti, which originates from a fief of the 17th century, took its present form in the 19th century.

The building stock of the noble and peasant holdings at Kellahti is surrounded by parks. The value of the manor landscape is enhanced by the gracefully aligned road lined with old broadleaf trees that runs between the building groups, and by the low-lying meadow landscape of the Kellahdenjoki river.

The building stock and park layout of Säteri were designed by state agronomist Henry Gibson in the 1860s. At that time a service building and a brick cattle shelter were built, and a large two-storey cross-gable was added to the original building frame of the main building, completed in 1818. The canopy over the main entrance was built in 1937.

The brick main building of the rusthalli, i.e. the peasant farm holding separated from Säteri in the 17th century, dates from 1864 and was designed by building master Malén, who designed many houses in the church village of Ahlainen. The yard is bounded by outbuildings from the 18th and 19th centuries and a row of pirtit. The stone cowshed dates from 1858.

In the village of Kellahti (Källfjärd), which lay at the head of a narrow bay, there were six farms in the 1560s. Ratsumestari Otto Juhana Grotenhus received the Kellahti farms, in addition to other holdings, as a reward for military service in 1614 and formed them into a säteri. The tax exemption was revoked in the Great Reduction in the 1680s, after which the Kellahti estate was divided into Kellahti Säteri, which enjoyed säteri privileges, and Kellahti Rustholli, which performed cavalry service.
