Kuvaus
Anolan kartanon päärakennus on uudemman kartanoarkkitehtuurin merkkiteos, johon liittyy arvokas kartanopuisto.
Anolan kartano sijaitsee Kokemäen rantamaisemassa, missä joki haarautuu historiallisesti merkittävän Kirkkosaaren kohdalla. Arkkitehti Jarl Eklundin suunnittelema päärakennus on rakennettu 1937-1938 vanhan empirerakennuksen paikalle. Kaksikerroksisen tiilestä muuratun päärungon jatkeena ovat yksikerroksiset balustradikaitein reunustetut sivuosat, pääsisäänkäyntiä on korostettu pylväiden kannattelemalla altaanilla ja puistosivua klassillisilla arkkitehtuuriaiheilla, tympanonilla, pilastereilla ja ranskalaisten ikkunoiden umpikaarikoristeilla. Kartanopihan varrella on yksikerroksinen alkujaan tilanhoitajan asuinrakennus samalta ajalta.
Historia
1500-luvulla kartano kuului Kurck-suvulle. Kartanon nykyinen rakennuskanta on syntynyt Frenckell-suvun omistuskaudella.

Description
The main building of Anola manor is a landmark of more recent manor architecture, and it is associated with a valuable manor park.
Anola manor is situated in the riverside landscape of Kokemäki, where the river forks at the historically significant Kirkkosaari island. The main building, designed by architect Jarl Eklund, was built in 1937-1938 on the site of an older Empire-style building. Extending from the two-storey main body of brick are single-storey side wings edged with balustrades. The main entrance is emphasised by a canopy supported on columns, and the park-facing side has classical architectural motifs: a tympanum, pilasters and blind-arch decoration over the French windows. Along the manor yard stands a single-storey residential building originally built for the estate manager, from the same period.
Other notable buildings in the manor area are the cattle shelters and dairy, built of grey stone and brick.
The park associated with the Kokemäenjoki river is said to date from the 17th century. Its landscape garden character was given in the 1870s by the Swedish landscape architect Kurt Forsberg, and its present form was designed by Paul Olsson.
According to tradition, Kirkkosaari was the site of the old church of Ulvila.
History
The old allodial manor of Anola was formed in the 1570s and 1580s from four horse farms. In 1585 the Lautela noble estate was also added to the manor, and around 1600 the Kirkkosaari solitary farm. In the 16th century the manor belonged to the Kurck family. The manor's present building stock came into being during the period of ownership by the Frenckell family.
